Bottisham has no monument as a war memorial, they have an alabaster plaque on the north wall in Bottisham (Holy Trinity) Church.Dedicated by the Bishop of Ely on 16th January 2921, it was manufactured by Messrs. Atkinson and Long and cost £120.

The Cambridge Independent Press 21 January 1921, and the Cambridge Chronicle of 19th January 1921, carried details of the service.

After the 1939-1945 war, in a similar stone, below the original, was added a further tablet with the names of the six men who fell.

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old,
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn
At the going down of the sun, and in the morning,
We will remember them.
